As we continue to grow and prepare for the implementation of Workday by the end of the year, we are seeking a skilled and ambitious IT Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our Group ICT team. This role will primarily focus on the HR domain but will also cover other business areas, acting as a strategic IT partner across domains.
Position Overview:
As IT Business Analyst & Project Manager, you will play a key role in bridging IT and business stakeholders, with a primary focus on the HR domain and ongoing Workday implementation. You will be the IT owner of Workday, responsible for its governance, change and release management and integration with other systems. You will also support other domains and applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
Your responsibilities include understanding business needs, conducting IT impact assessments, driving the development and governance of HR applications and communicating and aligning with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.
You will report directly to the designated Group ICT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements and priorities.
- Conduct IT impact assessments for proposed changes or new functionalities in the HR domain.
- Communicate proposed solutions clearly and convince stakeholders across IT, HR, and external partners of their value and feasibility.
- Act as the liaison between HR, external vendors, and all relevant IT teams — including local, divisional, and group-level stakeholders — to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Application Ownership & Governance:
- Serve as the IT-side owner of Workday, ensuring system stability, compliance and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Oversee system configuration governance and access management in collaboration with HR and security teams.
- Drive the development, governance, and lifecycle management of HR-related applications.
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance across systems.
- Collaborate with the Group BI team to support HR reporting and analytics needs.
- Change & Release Management
- Establish and manage ITIL-based change and release processes for Workday and related HR systems.
- Manage the Workday release calendar and ensure smooth deployment of updates and new features.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and communication of changes.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate incident resolution with vendors and internal teams.
- Integration & Architecture
- Oversee integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems (e.g. eLearning, finance, identity management).
- Ensure Workday fits seamlessly into Greenyard’s broader application landscape.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for HR technology and its integration into the enterprise architecture.
- Project Management

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
Depending on workload throughout the HR transformation program and skills/interests of the candidate, other business areas and group applications will be added to the scope of this position

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a IT business analyst, IT application owner, or IT project manager, preferably with a focus on HR.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, change management and system integration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a finance-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certification (e.g. Prince2) is a plus.
