As a Group HRIS Specialist at Greenyard, you will add value on a global scale by blending your knowledge of HR data, processes, and technology. We have decided to implement Workday as our Group HRIS platform and are seeking someone who can be a part of the project implementation team taking on responsibility for the data & testing streams. Besides supporting the implementation of the Workday platform, you will become responsible for the Workday Lifecycle within Greenyard, making sure that we have great adaptations and keep on continuously improving the platform.
About the job
· You ensure successful delivery of HR technology projects which cover multiple sites/countries. Closely collaborating with different departments (ICT, local HR, Group HR) is key to achieving successful project delivery.
· You take the lead in the data stream and make sure that we have a well-thought-out testing strategy; you provide follow-up of the defined project goals.
· You operate as a key expert in the HR community with respect to HR Technology while striving to realize an optimal match between technology enablers and our future HR objectives. In this regard, you monitor the HRIS needs on a continuous basis and keep track of the efficiency of our processes and initiate improvement actions where needed.
· You will support HR reporting, offering analytical insights into HR metrics and trends to meet ESG social KPI reporting requirements and facilitate data-driven decision-making, all while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
· You work closely together with the implementation project team and all the local HR teams within the Greenyard Group, and report to the Group HR Transformation lead/manager.
Your key responsibilities
· You make necessary adjustments to optimize continuity and data quality.
· You contribute to managing and expanding our HRIS modules, implementing improvements that ensure our processes and outputs are not only accurate but also optimized for efficiency and innovation.
· You are tasked with integrating HR tools aimed at enhancing cost tracking and budgeting.
· As the global expert on HRIS, you support, educate, and engage users, deliver requested reports or data, and provide valuable feedback on any data inconsistencies.
· You actively embrace innovative practices from other companies, ensuring compliance with established regulations.
Who are we looking for?
· You have a proven experience (3 – 7 years) in managing HRIS systems in an international context
· Profound experience with any HRIS platform is essential
- Experience with Workday would be an asset
· You have functional experience in software implementation, data migrations and API integrations.
· Fluency in English
· Good project management skills, topped by the ability to multi-task and prioritize in view of business needs.
· A team-player attitude with an eagerness to learn from others and feeling comfortable in working in project mode on complex topics.
· A critical & challenging mindset with the aim to get maximum results through a problem-solving and analytical approach. Someone who can easily convert ideas into action.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to rationalize complex information and make it understandable for others.
· You can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· You are willing to occasionally travel to various Greenyard sites (max 10%)
