Your Role as Recruiter?
You’ll take ownership of the entire candidate journey—from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and contract finalization. With your expertise in the Dutch recruitment landscape and the latest recruitment technologies, you’ll play a pivotal role in positioning Fresh Solutions as an employer of choice. Your key responsibilities include:
- Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Design and execute strategic sourcing plans using job boards, professional networks, and partnerships with specialized recruitment agencies.
- Screening & Evaluation: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for both cultural fit and skills alignment using behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Process Optimization: Manage and enhance the recruitment process to deliver an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers, continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Offer Negotiation: Lead negotiations on salary, benefits, and start dates, draft contracts, and oversee final hiring decisions in compliance with Dutch labor law.

What You’ll Bring
You are a driven professional, ready to take the next step in your career. With your hands-on mentality, multitasking skills and attention to detail, you ensure that our recruitment processes run smoothly.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with 3-5 years’ recruiting experience in the Netherlands.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in FMCG, wholesale, or logistics is a plus, especially within the fruit and vegetable sector.
- Skillset: Strong Dutch labor law knowledge, expertise in social media recruiting, and proficiency in MS Office and ATS software, preferably CVWarehouse.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
